The Guernsey in Indigo PREORDER
The Guernsey is a traditional Scottish fisherman sweater, where the bottom half is left plain as to not snag on any of the hooks and tools found on a fishing vessel. Up top those patterns are not random. They symbolize the environment and themes of each clan or village. Here we chose to keep it simple with a pearl style stitch up top to call back to our roots in "Oystertown" Connecticut (Norwalk),where clamming and oystering is the backbone of our economy and culture. Separated from the plain knit bottom half by a fishing net crosshatch, which runs through the breast pocket. Garment dyed in indigo, as it should be.
THESE ARE HAND DYED IN NATURAL INDIGO AND COLOR VARIATION AND CROCKING MAY OCCUR. WASH COLD SEPERATELY.
